Join us for fun Salsa lessons on Thursdays at Vitalidad Movement Arts Center in the heart of Portland 116 SE Yamhill St. 6:30pm - Beginners level Iwith Carolina & Jamal(Progressive cycle starts first Thursday of each month)$15 Drop-in fee or $50 for 4-week series This class is for students new to salsa dancing. We will cover the basic steps, basic shines, outside turn, cross-body lead, cross-body lead with a turn, timing, leading and following technique.**No experience necessary****No partner necessary** 7:30pm - Beyond Beginners level IIwith Carolina & Jamal(Progressive cycle starts first Thursday of each month)$15 Drop-in fee or $50 for 4-week series This class will expand on the curriculum of the beginners class. It is assumed that students have a solid understanding of the fundamentals learned in the beginner's class including timing, shines, and partner-work.
