Parkour & Ninja Warrior Intro Workshop @ Nyc's Largest Sporting Complex

If you've ever come across an obstacle course competition on TV like American Ninja Warrior, or YouTube videos of kids leaping over walls like urban ballerinas, then you must have felt a wee-bit envious, right? Though you're probably thinking "I'm not cut out for this #&@!," we've lined up expert trainers at NYC's premier sports facility to help activate the inner warrior that you never knew existed. Join New York Adventure Club for an introductory workshop to the training discipline of parkour at Aviator Sports, New York City’s largest sport and recreational complex. Once you've met your two expert coaches and have gotten your stretch on, this fun, safe, and social experience will include: An overview of the basic fundamentals of parkour moves, including jumping up/down/over, climbing, and swinging Parkour exercises and training drills on a soft gymnastics floor, and then later on more solid equipment A friendly team challenge where participants will tackle an indoor obstacle course in the fastest time possible (no medals will be passed out, so take it at your own pace!) A free-reign session to try out the facility's combined gymnastics, parkour, and Ninja Warrior equipment, from wooden blocks to metal rails Afterward, we'll finish at Aviator’s Ace Sports Lounge over some food and drinks!
