MALA Presents Zumba Bhangra + Brunch If you’re seeking a fun and engaging workout, it's here! If you just want to get your groove on, we got you covered, too. Join us for a fun beginner Zumba Bhangra session that will release any anxiety you have - it's the perfect way to start the weekend! Our Zumba instructor, Nazhah Khawaja, will lead a session featuring a fusion of Bhangra Bollywood, hip-hop, salsa, bachata, and toning. Join our daytime dance party. No experience needed! After the class, MALA is hosting a Turkish brunch in partnership with our friends from Muppies. Please head to Zizi's Cafe on 2825 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60657. Please note the ticket price does not include the cost of brunch. About our Instructor: Enthusiastic and treadmill-averse dance fitness instructor, Nazhah has been teaching Zumba, Bolly Zumba & Zumba Toning for two years. Dance and choreography has been a part of her life growing up. She is intrigued by new forms and fun styles to get fitness in without that feeling of dread. She believes in rhythm to enhance your workout experience. It’s what keeps you connected to a healthier routine and brings you back for more.
