FREE VALENTINES SALSA SPECIAL!! Free taster class and Valentine Salsa event, couples or singles welcome! We will have fun learning a Salsa routine suitable for beginners and also take part in a full body Salsa fitness workout! SPECIAL OFFER ONLY ON THE NIGHT If you enjoy the class you will have an opportunity to sign up for our weekly block class at a reduced rate on the day (Only £12 for 4 classes) That's ONLY £3 a class! USUAL CLASSES A block of 4 weekly classes, join any week and enjoy your 4 week consecutive block - including a hour and a half long dance and fitness session, complimented by nutritional awareness and health promotion with a qualified health professional. The fitness element will involve high energy exercises to tone and work you in all the right places and will compliment building the strength needed for the dance. Plenty of breaks included. Exercises can be adjusted to fit your level and the instructor will take you through optonal goal setting for those looking for specific results. The dance element will consist of learning a dance routine to upbeat cultural music a mix of Afro-Carribean, Cultural and Street Dance depending on the piece. Beginner to intermediate. Choreography will cater for both levels within the piece. The dance teacher is IDTA qualified with over 20 years of experience. Please dress in breatheable clothing such as cotton or lycra with suitable shoes such as trainers or dance shoes. It is advisable to come along with some water to aid hydraton. Nearest Train is Forest Hill - turn right onto Devonshire Road from the exit near the station car park and it's only a few doors down the hill. Buses include 122, 356, 176, 185 & 197 Parking - You can park on any single yellow line after 6.30pm. Parking is available on nearby streets or there is a free car park behind the Sainsburys alternatively you can use the car park just outside Forest Hill station next to the venue but you have to pay.
