A 1 hour high intensity dance class combining the best of both dance fitness worlds: Zumba and BollyX - The Bollywood Workout. In this energetic and fun workout class we will explore the dance styles true to Latin American Culture and South Asian Culture. Dance styles taught will be Hip Hop, Salsa, Merengue, Cha-cha, Dancehall, Garba, Bhangra, Bollywood, and Contemporary. Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!
