Dress in your finest clothes, the photographer wants to see your smiles! boximg Competitions We're bringing back our favorite competitions, the 60 Seconds of Fame choreography competition, and the Random Partner contest! boximg Intensive Workshops Benefit from progressive lessons through the weekend with one set of instructors to kick start your lindy hop into high gear!The Rocktober Lindy Hop Workshop weekend is a weekend-long intensive, progressive, instructional event. Dancers travel to Columbus, Ohio to kickstart their lindy technique to the next level, dance to live bands, compete for prizes, and HAVE FUN! Previous swing dance experience is required to make the most of the event if you are attending the open or audition tracks. You do not have to bring a dance partner, you will switch partners in class. The novice track assumes you have attended at least one lindy hop class, but they will start you from scratch!
