A weekly beginner hip-hop dance class for multi-generational and multi-dimensional beings who want to have some after-work play time! In this class we will explore the art of breathing, stretching, shaking... and LETTING SOME S*** GO! A mix of traditional hip-hop, jazz, and contemorary dance infused with yoga and love. We will get out of our minds and drop into the body. Sometimes prayer and devotion looks like booty shaking to music you wouldn't have otherwise gotten down to.
